It's a sort of quiet afternoon. Dallas left earlier today, and I haven't done much more than have lunch since then. I will say though, to my credit, I discovered (from Boyk's recommendation) the genius that is ChowHound and made a few contributions. I've thought about going out in a little bit and mailing the Christmas gifts that need to go overseas, to Australia, and also to the UK. Plus, I have to poke around Cody's and find something for Grandpa because the cool book that I had found on eBay for him, the seller decided that he didn't want to email me or sell me the book, or whatever. This is similar to Xtreme Pizza, a new pizzeria that Boyk and I tried to order from recently...we spent a combined 20 minutes or so on the phone and could not, for the life of us, make an order. They seemed throughly determined on not making money...*shrugs*...their loss, I suppose. I also ought to give some thought about taking out the recycling/trash bins and doing my laundry, but I suppose I can procrastinate a little bit longer on that. Maybe the day will get more interesting, maybe not.
